Metabolic pathway maps
Genopsis metabolic pathway maps are manually drawn maps representing our knowledge about areas of C. auto metabolism.
For example, the Wood-Ljungdahl map shows the series of biochemical reactions that fix carbon dioxide to acetyl-CoA.
Each orange circle is a compound. Each line connecting the circles is a reaction. LanzaTech gene IDs are displayed next to reactions. You can click on any of these to take you to their Genopsis page for more information.
You can watch Rupert give a demo of the Escher map functionality here.
We are slowly adding maps to cover different metabolic pathways. Please email us if there is a specific pathway map you are interested in seeing on Genopsis.
